Welcome to Daily Rhythms. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Daily Rhythms app and website (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. By using Daily Rhythms you confirm you meet this requirement.
You can use much of Daily Rhythms without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

The information you enter (your profile, goals, plans, and preferences) remains yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and process it so we can provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Daily Rhythms offers general guidance for daily planning, meals, movement, and wellbeing. It is not medical, nutritional, or professional advice and is not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional. Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified provider before starting any exercise or dietary change, especially during pregnancy or postpartum recovery. You use any suggestions at your own discretion.
Scripture quotations are from the King James Version (KJV), which is in the public domain in the United States. Faith-based content is provided for encouragement and personal reflection, "as is".
Daily Rhythms is sold as a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription and you will not be billed again automatically. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the paid features of the Service for two (2) years from the date of purchase ("Access Period"), on any device where you sign in with the same account.
The Service, including its design, text, and features, is owned by Daily Rhythms and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daily Rhythms will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time and permanently delete your account and data from Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except that either party may bring a claim in small claims court where eligible. If you are a consumer living outside the U.S., you keep any mandatory protections of the law where you live.
